- Some items depending on stock levels may be shipped from the US however all import and shipping costs are covered by us.

Returns & Warranty Policies:
- We guarantee your satisfaction on all products and make every effort to correctly describe all products in as much detail that is available.
- Please insure the item is compatible with your application prior to purchasing, if you are unable to be absolutely positive
- please contact us first as we do not issue refunds for items ordered in error.
- Non defective items returned are subject to a 50% restocking charge.
- If an item is damaged in shipping or DOA defective out of the box or within 30 days we will exchange it at no expense to the purchaser.
- In some cases a Manufacturer’s case number may be necessary.
- After 30 days returns are not accepted as all items are covered by the manufactures warranty. We are available to assist in the process if necessary.
